Agreed Before We Start
Every project starts with a written brief covering what we're building, the key requirements, any third-party tools involved, and the timeline — all agreed before any invoice is sent. Anything outside that scope is quoted and scheduled separately, never added silently.
The Site Is Yours
Once the final invoice is settled, all code, design assets, and content built for you belong to you outright. You're never locked into our hosting or a closed-source setup.
Covered After Launch
Every site includes a 30-day warranty after launch covering bug fixes and defects, at no extra charge. Ongoing care plans are available for updates, monitoring, and security beyond that.
Governing Law
All agreements with us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
